To have a .BM Domain Name registered, you must:
 

• Be a company/organization registered in Bermuda.
   
• Fully complete the request form beginning on the next page.
   
• Provide, on the corporate letterhead of the Bermuda company/organization whose domain is being requested, a summary of the application and an authorized signature, addressed to the Registry General, which is the current Domain Administration for the BM Country Code Top Level Domain (contact information will be provided after completing the form), and fax the letter to 441-296-5158.
